A. Thomas Parsa, M.D.
Dr. Parsa is board certified in Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, and Phlebology. He has been practicing in Brea, California for 26 years.
After completion of his premedical training at the University of Kansas, Dr. Parsa obtained his medical degree from the Kansas City School of Medicine and Bio-science in 1983. After successful completion of his medical training, Dr. Parsa attended the University of Southern California for his Family Practice Residency Program.
Dr. Parsa started his private practice in Brea in 1986 consisting of two physician assistants, a nurse practitioner, and a doctor of chiropractic. He has extensive training in both areas of general healthcare and cosmetic dermatology. He maintains on-going personal patient-physician relationships focused on integrated care. As a modern version of the old family doctor, he places special emphasis on the whole person and on preventive care. He considers it an honor to care for individuals as they grow and develop from childhood into adulthood.
Dr. Parsa resides in Orange County with his wife and two children. He is an avid athlete and enjoys a variety of sports such as tennis, running, swimming, skiing, and weight training.

Madison Helms, PA-C
Madison is a nationally certified physician assistant (PA-C). She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health at San Diego State University, followed by a Master of Medical Science degree at Marshall B. Ketchum University. She is passionate about developing strong relationships with her patients and creating personalized treatment plans to help her patients achieve their goals. In her free time, she enjoys camping, being outdoors, spending time with her dog, family, and friends.
